Position Summary Responsible for the preparation of pastry items and works closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
What we’re looking for
1-2 years of previous experience in a professional kitchen or actively seeking culinary education
Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain one
Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
At least 21 years old
Desire to exceed expectations
An energetic personality
Compensation $19.00 per hour.
