We are looking for a motivated, determined and enthusiastic Wester U.S. Commercial Sales Manager to join our sales team. You will play a fundamental rôle in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You should be comfortable working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales!
Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
Prospect and generate new accounts in the US commercial market
Reactivate dormant accounts through sales activitiesReach out to strategic customer leads via cold calling and other lead generation sources
Research potential accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Account Management
Establish and develop a customer database
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to maximize sales potential
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Deliver client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints
Reporting & Forecasting
Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and forecast reports
Provide continuous reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and actual sales
Conduct regular sales governance meetings with territory sales directors
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services
Communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
Collaborate with diverse teams including marketing and customer service
Attend assigned tradeshows and all required corporate sales meetings
Travel & Logistics
Travel frequently across assigned territory
Drive long distances and travel by plane
Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
All other related tasks
Profile
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and negotiation.
Packaging industry sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of protective case industry a bonus.
College degree or any other relevant certifications.
Must reside within the United States.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with a CRM.

Offer
Base salary proportional to experience
Bonus payment structure based on meeting the annual sales budget (30% of base salary)
Payment of an additional 2% overage premium on all sales over the annual budget
3 weeks of paid leave after 6 months in the company
401 contribution
