Base pay range $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr

Reliable transportation (car with insurance) & a smartphone
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and time management
Experience working with dogs of all sizes preferred
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Enthusiasm for the outdoors and all‑weather conditions
Dedication to pet safety and well‑being
Must be 18 years of age or older
U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check
Speak and write in English; all client communication is written and spoken in English
Minimum nine‑month commitment required
