The Sous Chef is responsible for supervising the production of food at all stations, assisting the cooks when needed, and supporting the Executive Chef and the executive sous chef in all aspects of cost control.
The Sous Chef will also order and inspect quality of all food and beverage items necessary for menu items, work effectively in a team environment, maintain food quality and restaurant standards, oversee food production for all stations, track food costs, keep waste to a minimum, and maintain employee morale.
Candidate must show experience in French cooking, demonstrate leadership skills and have multiple references.
