Weatherization Crew Lead

HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Responsibilities Manage Mass Save jobs with team of 1 to 2 installers Complete work in a timely manager Complete work up to Mass Save standards Ensure great customer experience Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install Complete proper documentation for each job Collect copay from customer. Work with all customers in a business savvy fashion. Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations Requirements

1-2 years of construction experience preferably in roofing/siding/framing/carpentry Knowledge of basic construction best practices Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screen in accordance with company requirements Strong time management skills Strong leadership skills Able to achieve proper certifications in 3-6 months at HomeWorks Energy Great communication skills Mindset for advancement Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

$23 per hour, plus the potential to earn commission of $850 per week
