Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards while working in a fast-paced atmosphere Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café Follows steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds to refill ice, restock shelves, and take out trash Follows all safety and security policies established by Tropical Smoothie Café BENEFITS
