Senior Human Resources Recruiter – Search Practice Leadership Are you an accomplished
Human Resources retained or high-end contingency recruiter
with a strong sales track record and ready to take on a leadership role within a rapidly expanding search practice? Our client, one of the most respected finance, accounting, and IT staffing firms in the Southwest, is building out its Human Resources Retained & Contingency Search Division and seeking a senior‑level professional to help lead, shape, and grow this business line.
This is a
strategic full‑desk sales role
with the expectation of evolving into
division leadership position
as the practice scales nationally. You will manage high‑level HR searches (Director to Executive level), advise clients, drive new business, and help refine the firm’s HR search strategy.
What We’re Looking For
3–10 years of experience
recruiting senior‑level Human Resources talent (Director and above)
Strong experience in
retained search or high‑end contingency search
A
proven record of generating and closing business
Ability to operate as a
trusted advisor
with C‑suite and HR executives
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in
building and leading a division
A driven, focused, no‑nonsense approach paired with a collaborative, team‑oriented style
Responsibilities
Lead and manage high‑level HR searches from Director to Executive level
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and HR leaders
Identify and secure new business opportunities; grow firm’s market presence in finance, accounting, and IT sectors
Refine and execute the firm’s HR search strategy across all engagements
Collaborate with internal teams to cultivate high‑quality candidates and streamline recruiting processes
Coach and mentor junior recruiters as the division expands, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
