Rebuilt is a Private Equity-backed real estate firm that creates win-win opportunities for property sellers seeking a convenient sale process and real estate investors seeking exclusive, high-return properties. We source residential, multifamily, commercial, raw land, mixed use, and more. Rebuilt has secured a $65M Series A investment to fuel expansion and is growing geographically, expanding presence in established markets, and integrating offerings such as private lending, title & escrow, and property management. Rebuilt (www.rebuilt.com) is building a vertically integrated real estate investment business enabled by local market expertise and technology solutions. Responsibilities

Process inbound leads generated by Rebuilt’s growth initiatives (e.g., 4,000 inbound seller leads per month). Support launch of the curated MLS inventory channel used by 50,000+ investors who bid on properties and seek agent representation. Collaborate with a select group of licensed agents in TN, OH, AL, GA, KY, PA, TX to launch the agent program. Engage with real estate investing concepts; ideally own rental properties and/or have flipped properties. Follow up consistently to convert leads; data shows 40%+ of leads sell within 12 months when properly followed up. Use a phone system (Five9) to connect with leads; manage availability and responsiveness. Conduct inbound conversations to determine if property owners are better suited for cash offers or listing their home. Support investor agent roles that assist investors in making offers on MLS-listed properties curated for the Rebuilt Marketplace. This role is 100% remote; you will consult with property owners in your licensed state, with media provided by a vendor to assess property condition. Qualifications

Knowledgeable about real estate investing; ownership of rental properties and/or experience flipping property is preferred. Relentless follow-up and strong communication skills; able to manage a high-volume lead flow. Comfortable on the phone and able to navigate a structured lead flow. Ability to determine whether a property owner is better suited for a cash offer or listing, based on owner circumstances. Wamiliar with working with MLS-listed properties and curated marketplaces for investors (experience preferred). Willingness to work remotely and coordinate with licensed state requirements; media capture and property assessment will be supported by vendors. Work Environment & Benefits
