Key Responsibilities
Digital payroll processing (ADP)
Administrate Safety Program
Administrative support for management in recruiting
On‑boarding documentation and orientation
Administrative support to management for corrective actions, terminations, compliance and policies
Benefits, FMLA, PFML, off‑boarding processing
Unemployment and L&I claims processing
Administrative support for government compliance reporting
Qualifications Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience to perform position functions above using Microsoft 365 Office applications, ERP and HRIS software.
