Location

In‑office position located at 12160 S Shore Blvd, Ste 104, Wellington, FL.

What You’ll Do

Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements

Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor and mitigate risk to the company

Ensure all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with contract terms and company policy

Prepare regular reports on the status of the escrow account and provide these reports to the parties involved in the transaction

Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents

Prepare legal documents for the closure of the sale

Complete closing by recording and filing documents, and preparing and distributing final closing statements and title documents

What You’ll Bring

2‑4 years of escrow‑related experience

Direct experience handling escrow transactions

Openness to new technology and proprietary programs; quick adaptation to new workflow

Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal team and external customers

Problem‑solving skills with strong organizational habits, detail oriented, and ability to navigate internal and external resources to resolve issues

Thrives in a collaborative team environment to deliver beyond customer expectations

Comfortable guiding and supporting future talent learning the business

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state

High school diploma or equivalent
