We pay third‑party labor time for all warranty repairs. This is a major advantage for efficiency and productivity, and it supports accurate time expectations on every job.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and related components
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues
Document all repairs and maintenance accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with service advisors and the parts department to complete repairs on schedule
Stay informed on new technology and industry updates
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Assist and mentor apprentices and less experienced technicians when needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of diesel technician experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read technical manuals
Solid time management and multitasking ability
Must have your own tools
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Able to lift up to fifty pounds and stand for long periods of time
