Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Base Power Company is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining organized work areas, and ensuring proper documentation for every order.

Responsibilities
Shipping:
Securely package and wrap all products, verify paperwork accuracy, generate accurate bills of lading, monitor conveyor lines, inspect products for quality, stretch wrap and prepare pallets, track critical daily shipping items, operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, manage recycling compliance.
Receiving:
Process all inbound shipments, deliver in‑process materials to production, perform visual inspections, record and maintain accurate inventory data, lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs, handle battery components within tight timelines, stand and walk for up to 12 hours daily.
Material Handling & Inventory:
Perform inventory stock spot checks, participate in end‑of‑month inventory, load and unload trailers, assist in assembly or production processes, perform local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles, maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, support cross‑functional departments.
Required Skills / Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs.
Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be comfortable with manual labor and working in a physically demanding environment.
Compensation Pay range: $23–$24/hr (mid‑range), $25–$26/hr (experienced). RSUs: $1,250 annually (5‑year vest).
