Lead Bartender
to spearhead our beverage program and ensure smooth, spirited operations during the most magical (and busiest) time of the year.
Job Description
Oversee bar team and maintain cocktail quality & consistency
Execute Miracle’s signature holiday cocktails and train staff on recipes
Assist with batching, prep, inventory, and ordering
Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
Support Bar Manager in daily operations
Qualifications
ATC Employee Server Permit
2+ years high-volume craft cocktail experience
Leadership or training experience preferred
Strong cocktail knowledge, batching skills, and attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is the season!)
Compensation
