We are looking to hire someone that has a background in Customer Service or Business Development. An individual that thrives on building relationships over the phone, with strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills is a great candidate for this position. What You’ll Do This is a full‑time position that requires knowledge and dedication. She/he must be able to work with others. S/He will be responsible for inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling jobs, customer satisfaction, and customer follow‑up, along with miscellaneous additional administrative tasks.

Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customers

Book service appointments with potential and past clients

Follow up with our extensive customer database (100,000+ contacts) to schedule new service visits

Educate customers about our services and the benefits of trenchless solutions

Work closely with our sales & operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and customer experience

Meet and exceed monthly goals for appointments set and projects sold

Communicate with customers through various channels (email, text, phone)

Know our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments on our CRM software

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues

Dispatch Technicians and ensure company processes are adhered to

What You’ll Earn Base Pay $42,000/year

Performance Bonuses

$20 per sold project

Quarterly & team bonuses for exceeding goals

Experience as a CSR for a service company is a requirement.

Attention to detail is a strength of yours.

Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Experience with Service Titan or a similar CRM software is a plus!

Experience Required: Customer service or call center experience.
