**Job Summary** The Regional Account Manager Representative (RAM) is responsible for identifying, developing and enhancing both new and existing strategic regional accounts for Behr/Kilz products and services to the professional account channels. This position creates a pipeline and cross functionally partners with the broader team to develop and execute specific strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Working safely is part of our culture and is a condition of employment.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Provide service and product knowledge to the specified channel, using gathering information on the customer’s business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing.Proficient knowledge of our products, techniques, and services to ensure product recommendations and customer orders meet all specifications. **Qualifications & Experience**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience in related field. Previous sales, retail and/or customer service experience and/or training in a commercial coatings’ environment is desirable. **Other Requirements** * Ability to legally work without sponsorship for employment visa status
