We are seeking a Sales Administrator to serve as the critical link between our customers, dealer network, and sales team. This role requires a customer-focused professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding service that drives sales growth and dealer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Lead Management Excellence

You are responsible for answering the sales line calls within 30 seconds of the phone ringing, creating positive first impressions that support our customer-first culture. You are responsible for conducting relationship-building conversations with every caller, documenting customer needs and preferences to ensure appropriate follow-up and maximize conversion opportunities. You are responsible for accurately routing 100% of potential customers to the appropriate regional dealer within 24 hours, or managing direct sales when no local dealer exists, ensuring no sales opportunities are lost. You are responsible for processing and distributing all marketing-generated leads to the correct dealer or Key Account Manager within 2 hours of receipt, maintaining accurate lead tracking. Dealer Network Support & Growth

You are responsible for supporting Key Account Managers with dealer administrative tasks, ensuring requests are completed within 24-48 hours to maintain dealer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You are responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new dealers within 5 business days when requested by creating accurate dealer accounts in Shopify and Streamlined, applying correct system tags, and updating the dealer map with verified contact information. You are responsible for assisting with dealer information including territories, contact details, and system access is current and correctly configured. Communication & Operational Coordination

You are responsible for providing proactive communication to leadership and team members regarding task progress, issues, and opportunities within 4 hours of identification during business hours. You are responsible for maintaining lead status updates and dealer onboarding progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders have current information to support customer service and sales objectives. You are responsible for serving as a reliable communication bridge between customers, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring information flows efficiently to prevent service delays or missed opportunities. Required Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience Experience with CRM systems (Shopify, HubSpot, or similar platforms) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette Essential Skills & Abilities:

Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport and handle diverse personalities Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities Problem-solving capabilities and ability to think quickly to find customer solutions Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Preferred Traits & Experience:
