Serve as the primary technical partner to the Go-to-Market team, providing product expertise and strategic guidance Design and recommend tailored technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals Enhance sales velocity by coaching Account Executives on product capabilities and competitive positioning Lead technical discovery, evaluations, demos, and education sessions for customers Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales on customer feedback and technical insights to support deal success What is Required (Qualifications)

6+ years in customer-facing roles within B2B environments, with experience in technical evaluations or pre-sales support 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role supporting multi-product SaaS solutions Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders within Enterprise sales teams Familiarity with SaaS and security principles, including technologies like SCIM, Active Directory, and SSO Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience presenting to executives and operational stakeholders, with strong facilitation skills Ability to navigate evolving customer requirements with a solutions-oriented mindset Collaborative team member willing to mentor others and share best practices
