Job Description We are expanding our virtual sales team and seek motivated individuals who excel in sales environments and enjoy rewarding efforts. We offer a reputable suite of products that help customers safeguard their futures.
As a full-time Inside Sales Representative, you will:
Engage with insurance shoppers through inbound/outbound calls, chat, SMS, and more.
Identify customer needs, coverage gaps, and recommend suitable Allstate products.
Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies—no cold calling required.
Work from home to grow sales while providing excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Total Compensation:
$49,400 - $74,100/year (Base Pay + Uncapped Incentives)
Incentives depend on performance and are not guaranteed.
Base Pay:
$17.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$3,000 (paid after 90 days, for licensed external candidates)
Must have or obtain an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before start date.

Requirements
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
Active or willing to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
High school diploma or GED
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Strong communication, critical thinking, multitasking skills
Self-motivated and accountable
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
