Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and supervising employees
Achieving sales goals by coaching and mentoring the sales staff
Ensuring operational compliance: scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and customer readiness
Controlling expenses and managing financial objectives
Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly
Analyzing sales and expense data to maximize profits
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in retail/customer service
Strong influencing and leadership abilities
Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours and lift 25 lb
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Compensation: $10.50 – $15.00+ per hour (base pay plus up to 12% commission)
