We are looking for an Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our team and support our efforts in providing outstanding service to our clients.
Job Summary In this role, you will assist our Client Executive in managing, supporting, and servicing our client accounts. You will be responsible for preparing renewal information, gathering carrier proposals, and ensuring the accurate implementation and enrollment of benefit plans. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
Prepare renewal information, including benefit plan invoices and renewal rates. Assist in creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and analyzing proposals from alternate carriers. Participate in client meetings, document key details, and ensure proper follow-up. Coordinate with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate enrollment processes. Review plan documents and resolve discrepancies with carriers. Maintain client data in our internal systems and assist with communication materials. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and help implement best practices. What You Bring to the Table Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. At least one year of experience working with employee benefits preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information and perform under tight deadlines.
