Sales Expert - Construction
to join our Temporary Solutions team. A team that's all about delivering temporary connectivity and surveillance solutions to a diverse range of industries: from construction sites, campsites and exhibition halls to Belgium's biggest festivals. Sales Expert - Construction
you’ll play a crucial role in offering a tailored solution to key prospects and clients that are seeking security solutions through our surveillance towers (Towereye’s as we call them). You’ll do so by understanding their operational challenges and translating them into effective technical proposals — for rental companies (in Belgium and abroad), subcontractors and companies who are interested in buying them as a whole. Your Job In a Nutshell:
Prospecting:
Engaging in market research and actively prospecting, cold calling and acquiring new clients like construction companies, event organizers, logistics firms etc. Account Management:
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Industry Sales:
Focussing on both rental and sales opportunities for the Towereye’s within the construction industry. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinating with the technical team regarding installation, service and maintenance. Follow-up & Closing:
Managing the sales pipeline from cold lead to signed deal, and preparing technical proposals and contracts. Site Survey:
Visit sites to assess needs and advise on optimal configurations. Tech savvy : Learn everything Ipro camera’s and Genetec solutions have to offer. These Are Your Talents:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (security or construction). Knowledge on camera and alarm systems and experience in the conception of surveillance and camera systems. Strong technical affinity – you understand how systems work or are eager to learn quickly. Goal-oriented sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communicative skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Dutch and French, both spoken and written. English is a plus. Certificate obtained for successfully completing the training course for operational personnel specializing in the design of alarm systems and control panels is a plus (mandatory certificate).
