IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The Keyholder is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and store duties including sales floor merchandising and maintenance, product knowledge, and register duties. At times, the Keyholder will be responsible for opening or closing the store. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, assist with requests and inquiries, and follow the customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor while upholding store visual standards. Operate the POS/register to cash out customers accurately. Follow through on customer requests for specific items and suggest additional products. Use selling skills to explain benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines. Assist in set-up for special events and promotions. Understand Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicate LP issues with the Store Manager. Handle operational duties including salesfloor, backroom, and restroom maintenance, cleaning, and related tasks. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Years of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role. Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to use a POS/cash register. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
