Manage wrap projects from intake through installation, ensuring seamless execution Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and satisfied Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to keep timelines on track Review orders from the sales team for accuracy and clarity Schedule and track projects using production management tools Update customer information and communication through our CRM system Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take payments Monitor daily work in progress and proactively resolve issues Qualifications
Required: Basic computer and software skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Customer service experience or aptitude Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Team player with a proactive mindset Preferred: Background in account management, logistics, or customer service Experience with wrap industry workflows or production processes Familiarity with CRM and project management software A growth mindset and desire to contribute to a winning team Compensation
