Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization skills Ability to work with others well Roofing knowledge required Phoenix, AZ 85040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Roofing Estimating: 5 years (Required) Responsibilities: The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and/or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner Business development: Events, creating new relationships Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Benefits: Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location Regular compensation reviews $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary / decided upon experience level Pre-structured no cap bonus program in place with earning potential upwards of $150,000+ Job Type: Full-time Flexible work from home options available.
