What’s Offered:
Average gross revenue:
Dry Van: $6,500–$8,000+ weekly
Reefer: $7,000–$9,000+ weekly
Flatbed / Step Deck: $8,0—$9,500+ weekly (and sometimes higher)
Two dedicated dispatchers
assigned to your truck
Each dispatcher manages
no more than seven trucks
— ensuring your loads are prioritized and you’re not left waiting all day for freight
24/7 dispatch support — we work when you work
Rate negotiation and broker communication handled for you
Assistance with route planning, paperwork, and rate confirmations
Flexible dispatch rate
based on your needs (percentage discussed during onboarding)
No forced dispatch — you choose your loads and lanes
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A
Active MC & DOT authority
48'–53' Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Step Deck trailer
Proof of insurance and up-to-date compliance documentation
Willingness to run OTR or regional freight in the 48 states
