Description Learn to build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions and working with a productive team. A real estate license is required or must be in progress for this opportunity. You will learn to communicate effectively, generate opportunities, and develop the habits that support long-term success as you work toward becoming a Listing Agent.

You will engage with new and existing leads, connect with motivated buyers and sellers, and follow proven systems that strengthen conversations and conversion. With consistent guidance from experienced professionals, you will learn to nurture relationships, set quality appointments, and develop the confidence needed to transition into full production as a Listing Agent.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $100,000+ This commission-based opportunity is suited for someone who values structure, accountability, and a team environment focused on steady growth.

Responsibilities

Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region

Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

Qualifications

Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

Compensation $100,000 at plan commissions
