Base pay: $77,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Job Details
Office Location: Pasadena, MD
Coverage Area: Annapolis Area, Anne Arundel County
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience, education and credentialing
Main Responsibilities
Cultivates trusting relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned accounts and service areas to maintain consistent awareness of HOC's programs and services.
Analyzes referral source patterns and partner needs. Develops personalized outreach strategies that strengthen existing partnerships and nurture new relationships to extend our circle of care.
Partners with the Communications department in the development of educational, marketing, and communication pieces that effectively translate the clinical approaches and “image” of HOC.
Conducts liaison and admissions visits as necessary and appropriate to licensure. Coordinates with Access Services department to facilitate these visits.
Serves as a compassionate ambassador for HOC at professional/clinical events. Prepares and makes presentations.
Leads or participates in a variety of Business Development, Clinical Teams and other meetings and activities.
Other duties as assigned.
