Berman and Company is hiring: Digital Media Associate in Arlington

Overview Berman and Company, a dynamic research, communications, advertising, and government affairs firm, seeks a Digital Media Associate to join our team. Berman runs social media and paid digital for a wide range of high-profile clients and advocacy campaigns, and we’re always adding more. The digital media associate will collaborate across internal teams to develop and implement engaging social content for a variety of clients. They will also assist with other digital tasks including advertising, website content updates, and email. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to consistently provide creative content, grow organic social media accounts, and understand how to make the ever-changing algorithms work for clients across platforms. Experience in paid promotion is also a plus. This role is in-person. Local or willing-to-relocate candidates only. What you’ll do Create new and manage existing social media accounts for a variety of clients Develop edgy, eye-catching social media creative and strategies that will make our clients’ accounts stand out Collaborate with video and design teams to create original creative content Create insightful reports with quantitative and qualitative metrics Run Facebook, Twitter, and Google Ad campaigns Draft and send emails from MailChimp or similar Other digital communication projects as needed What we would like to see Demonstrated social media experience with Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram Strong attention to detail Creativity and the ability to engage effectively in social media trends Awareness of the current news cycle and opportunities it presents for social media content Excellent time management An eagerness to learn and try out new tools and platforms Ways to stand out Experience with digital advertising A passion for free markets Experience with MailChimp or other mass email platforms Basic graphic design, video editing, or HTML Experience (volunteer included) with campaigns, political entities, or advocacy Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Public Relations and Communications Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
