Job Summary Details: - Collect necessary contract documents for submission, working closely with office staff. - Manage and service network providers within assigned territory, ensuring stable networks. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers. - Coordinate resolution of provider and member issues, working with internal and provider staff. - Educate and train providers on policies and procedures when necessary. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred. - Previous experience in Dental PPO or DHMO environment preferred. - 1+ years of dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, and/or customer service experience. - Knowledge of dental terminology. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language; bilingual a plus. Specific Skills/Knowledge: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Detail-oriented with strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to identify problems, research issues, and follow through until resolved. - Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred. - Experience in processing provider contracts preferred. - Previous sales and customer service experience OR network management experience strongly preferred. Compensation: - Base hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. - Final base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. - Full base hourly range mentioned above. - Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future salary growth. - Amazing benefits package offered.
