We’re in a stage of rapid growth, backed by Google Ventures and leading investors, and are looking for a visionary VP of Enterprise Partnerships to help shape the next chapter. This role will sit on our senior leadership team , reporting directly to the CEO, and play a pivotal role in scaling how Fortune 500 and high-growth brands engage with Gen Z through experiential activations, community programs, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise partnerships with leading consumer, lifestyle, and tech brands.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across direct brand relationships and agency partnerships.
- Own top-line enterprise revenue targets, driving growth and expansion across new verticals and categories.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to build category-specific playbooks and scalable GTM frameworks.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the Enterprise Accounts team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and development pathways.
- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team—helping shape company strategy, culture, and long‑term planning.
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align business development, partnerships, and client delivery under a shared vision for scale.
- Act as a senior partner to key enterprise clients and agencies, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment.
Revenue & Strategy
- Generate full funnel revenue strategy including hunting, selling, and closing revenue.
- Oversee enterprise revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and quarterly projections.
- Collaborate with Finance to report on performance, renewal rates, and growth opportunities.
- Work cross‑functionally to refine our enterprise go‑to‑market strategy and deepen relationships with Fortune 500 and agency partners.
- Translate data, insights, and client performance into scalable success stories that attract new business.
Process Optimization & Scale
- Streamline internal workflows to enhance efficiency, repeatability, and client satisfaction.
- Implement best‑in‑class systems for client management, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Introduce scalable processes and tools that support data‑driven decision‑making and measurable ROI.
About You
- 10+ years in enterprise partnerships, tech, brand marketing, agency leadership, ideally within consumer, tech, or marketing sectors.
- Proven track record of closing seven‑figure partnerships and leading teams that manage top‑tier client portfolios.
- Deep understanding of brand, agency, and influencer ecosystems—and how to translate them into scalable growth opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial operator who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and wants to shape the future of how brands connect with Gen Z.
