Position : Lead Sales Engineer for U.S. Strategic Accounts

Our client is a market leader in the booming area of Operational Technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), and Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity. They are looking globally for a Lead Sales Engineer to continue their success!

You will contribute to protecting human lives and millions in revenue by acting as the technical subject matter expert. You will work with asset owners in the assigned territory to sell and deploy advanced cybersecurity technology. Your role involves supporting the education, promotion, and adoption of solutions to help targeted accounts secure their Operational Technology or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. Expertise in enterprise security architectures, cybersecurity product suites, packet and protocol analysis, and experience working in a high-growth company are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the preferred technical contact for customers and partners during pre-sales, deployment, and operational phases.
  • Work directly with named accounts, providing technical expertise.
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying commercial opportunities from a technical perspective.
  • Present solutions, gather customer specifications, design architectures, and ensure technical feasibility of projects.
  • Deliver effective customer presentations.
  • Model relevant technological solutions in collaboration with R&D based on customer requirements.
  • Engage with high-level decision-makers.
  • Position yourself as the technical subject matter expert for customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with R&D on technical issues, incidents, or feature requests from customers.
  • Provide training for clients and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or cybersecurity solution integration, gained at a cybersecurity software vendor or a consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Industrial control systems, SCADA, Automation, Ethernet/TCP/IP networks, Cybersecurity, IDS, Packet Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of information systems and network security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, commitment, flexibility, openness, and adaptability.
  • Creative, curious, and a team player.
