Mechanical Engineer

RIFE International is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support its engineering team on energy efficiency, HVAC design, and building retrofit projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing sustainable solutions that reduce emissions and lower energy costs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and implement HVAC and mechanical systems for energy projects.
• Collaborate with project engineers, auditors, and architects.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical documentation.
• Ensure designs meet ASHRAE, local codes, and sustainability goals.
• Support construction teams with technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; PE license preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design.
• Experience with energy modeling tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sustainable design is needed.
