Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to the standards set by the practice.
- Build rapport with patients and staff and promote the success of the center.
- Lead the center with an emphasis on driving center profitability.
- Maintain a patient-centered approach to treatment planning and day-to-day center operations.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree: DDS/DMD
- Certificate in Prosthodontics from an American Dental Association-accredited program
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary range starting at $280,000 to $300,000 (DOE) and a monthly profit-sharing bonus. Benefits include complete coverage for group health insurance for the employee and dependents, as well as malpractice insurance.
