Key Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, strategic planning, and client engagement.
- Manage government project submissions and tender applications, building and sustaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation, to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, establish product roadmaps, and formulate go-to-market strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to ensure Digital Run remains competitive and ahead of market developments.
- Represent Digital Run at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in the technology sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Masters in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Experience: 12-15 years in IT sector, preferably with a background in government tender submission (IT Products), with a strong track record of sales success. Experience in Corporate sector as well as Ex-military or ex-government professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong command of government project sales.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
- Self-starter: Ability to manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
