As Vice President of OSP Construction, you’ll take the lead on Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction strategy and execution across multiple markets, driving scale, quality, and speed in every build.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all FTTH construction projects from planning through activation across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute deployment strategies to hit mileage, passings, and timeline goals.
- Build and mentor high‑performing internal teams; reduce reliance on external contractors.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Partner across engineering, operations, and leadership to align construction plans with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
What You Bring
- 10+ years leading large‑scale FTTH / OSP construction projects (required).
- Strong background in OSP construction, permitting, make‑ready, and fiber activation.
- Proven success managing multi‑market builds and distributed field teams.
- Expertise in construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
- Ability to interpret fiber prints, BOMs, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
