Job Title: Senior Oracle Business Analyst
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $192,000 – $216,000 base salary + equity + benefits
About the Role:
Discord is hiring a Senior Oracle Technical Business Systems Analyst to enhance and support its Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, focusing on key business cycles like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) , and revenue automation . This role is central to ensuring financial systems are optimized, scalable, and compliant with standards like SOX and ASC 606 .
You’ll partner with teams across Finance, Procurement, Sales Ops, and IT , and support critical processes tied to financial close, revenue recognition, and operational automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP with a focus on GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Revenue Management.
- Partner with internal teams to implement scalable and compliant business solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot ERP issues and enhancements; support custom integrations and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining SOX compliance and IT General Controls documentation.
- Handle financial close processes, ensure reporting/data integrity, and manage external Oracle support escalations.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and testing protocols.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Oracle ERP or business systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and tools (SQL, OTBI, FBDI, OIC).
- Deep knowledge of revenue automation platforms like Oracle RMCS or Zuora Revenue.
- Familiar with ASC 606, P2P/Q2C cycles, and accounting operations.
- Experience with SOX controls and ITGCs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Oracle FAH experience is a strong plus.
