What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle for the employer's software solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to serve as the technical liaison between Account Executives and prospects
  • Proactively deliver technical information to customers through various communication methods, including onsite and virtual meetings
  • Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
  • Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
  • Strong skills in discovery, overcoming objections, and identifying risk
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
  • Vertical industry expertise (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare)
  • Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
  • Experience developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
