TOV Furniture is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will own our paid digital advertising. This role brings our marketing efforts to the next level and works closely with leadership, creative, and e-commerce to drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Own budgets, pacing, and performance (ROAS, CAC, CPA)
  • Launch and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging
  • Brief creative resources based on performance insights
  • Track and report weekly and monthly results with clear takeaways
  • Maintain Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7+ years hands‑on Meta and Google Ads experience
  • Proven ability to scale ad spend profitably
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with e‑commerce or product‑driven brands
  • Comfortable owning performance and making fast decisions

Salary

$125,000-140,000, commensurate with experience
