Salary: $75k
Location: Houston, TX 77027
Office Status: Hybrid onsite 3-4 days a week
Key responsibilities include:
Creating cohesive brand identities and visual systems
Designing digital marketing materials, including brochures, compositions, and templates
Producing high-quality illustrations and graphic assets
Supporting light website design needs (user-friendly sites built on Wix; no advanced web development required)
Collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent branding across projects
Using the Adobe Creative Suite to develop polished, professional deliverables
Nice to Have:
Experience in the commercial real estate industry- HIGHLY preferred
Familiarity with Wix and basic website layout best practices
