PRIMARY PURPOSE : Operate graphic production tools, specifically Ross XPression and DashBoard. Generate, arrange, and retrieve graphics/animations as instructed by the Producer or Director. Collaborate in implementing the event script to ensure the fulfillment of all elements and corporate partner commitments, enhancing the overall in‑game entertainment through impactful graphics. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES : Operate Ross XPression and DashBoard to execute the playout of graphics/animations under the guidance of the Producer or Director Prepare and generate graphics, animations, and textual elements for live presentations Coordinate the playback of pre‑produced graphics/animations Review and proofread lower thirds, quotes, and other textual elements Guarantee the accuracy and timely preparation of graphics assigned to productions Troubleshoot technical and/or other practical issues that may arise Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines Maintain focus in high‑profile and high‑leverage situations Perform other graphics and content work, as directed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Minimum 2 years experience in TV Film, Broadcasting, Multimedia Production, etc. Proficiency in graphic design and live event production skills Robust working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Demonstrates familiarity with popular culture and stays informed on trending topics Existing knowledge of baseball rules and a comprehension of baseball scoring, or the capacity to quickly acquire this knowledge Exhibits a clear understanding of Broadcast Production equipment such as Ross XPression & DashBoard, along with expertise in workflows and technology, including both remote and facility‑based productions Experience in a live control room or remote event environment working live sports or non‑scripted live programming is preferred ROLE REQUIREMENTS : Ability to take direction and adapt as necessary Proficiency in identifying and implementing solutions to technical or practical challenges that may arise Enthusiasm for collaborative and innovative work environments Possesses the ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and the management team Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for an entire shift Proficient in working within a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines under pressure Must be at least 18 years old AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS : Availability to work 70% of 81 home games Willingness to work extended hours during home games as dictated by job responsibilities and workload Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS : Demonstrates the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and communicate effectively in order to perform job duties and interact with coworkers. Represents the Cleveland Guardians in a positive fashion to all business partners, teammates, and the general public. Ability to build robust, professional relationships with teammates by demonstrating interpersonal skills, approachability, and a collaborative spirit contributing to a positive, respectful work environment. Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the role as outlined in the job description, which may include extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, or navigating a multilevel ballpark. Adapts quickly and effectively to a fast‑paced, dynamic, and diverse work environment. Ability to act according to the organizational values and service excellence at all times.
