As an Instrument Repair Specialist, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through exceptional customer experience and quality craftsmanship. Works through the GC certification program to gain fundamental understanding of products and sales techniques. Training:

Effectively communicates information and techniques to train others. As our Repair Technician, you will: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience. Service customer-owned instruments with skill and precision. Maintain store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work efficiently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Proficient in guitar repair techniques. Preferences: Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center offerings.
