Job Description This is a contract position. We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter. In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while guiding qualified candidates seamlessly through our recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
Flawlessly execute a recruitment process while concurrently improving it to best‑practice standards.
Advise managers and leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale.
Focus on finding the strongest candidates to help move the business forward, shepherding their hiring experience with passion and grace.
Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly in every interaction, deeply vetting candidates and collaborating with vendors and partners.
Support members of the Recruiting team.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other People Team members to guide our mission forward.
Qualifications
Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
A track record of navigating various obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
A strong affinity for data and its application in achieving success.
Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends.
The relentless desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
Compensation $35 – $45 per hour. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees and certifications (e.g., JD/technology). CLEAResult does not provide sponsorship of any kind; successful hires must pass pre‑employment checks.
