The goal of SirenOpt is to improve the yield, performance, and safety of advanced materials, which are critical components in batteries, semiconductors, aerospace, power generation, electronics, and many other high-growth manufacturing segments. SirenOpt makes a manufacturing intelligence platform that non-destructively collects critical manufacturing data that is otherwise unobtainable and uses that data to quantify, understand, and mitigate manufacturing variability in real time.

SirenOpt is pioneering a paradigm shift in advanced materials characterization by leveraging cold atmospheric plasma, machine learning and predictive analytics to non-destructively create uniquely distinctive, multifaceted material fingerprints in real-time. SirenOpt transforms current measurement blind spots into rich multi-layered material insights, which enable intelligent performance-centric decision-making. SirenOpt thus accelerates R&D and process optimization, enhances product performance, and enables higher production quality for manufacturers to maximize value in both standalone (benchtop) and factory integrated (in-line) applications.

SirenOpt is currently deploying early versions of its platform to industrial manufacturers and research institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia and will launch fully commercialized products in 2026.
