Provides logistical and overall support from planning to inception to follow-up for both internal and external college-wide events.**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:*** Works collaboratively both internally and externally to coordinate resources and support services for college-wide.* Provides courteous, efficient, and helpful services to all staff and community requestors.* Supports college-wide Resource 25 room scheduling software and use.* Schedule facilities and support including but not limited to AV, catering setup and other resources as needed.* Manages Guest housing and Information Table reservations.* Primary point of contact for phone inquiries.* Support overall department functions as needed.* Supervises temporary staff as needed.* Consistently and dependably attends work, activities, and functions as scheduled or assigned.* Performs support duties such as purchasing supplies and equipment, preparing and processing documents and forms.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*** Knowledge of elements of events and production components for each.* Skill in written, oral and listening communications.* Skill in collaboration with a strong service orientation.* Skill at the proficiency level of Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and In Design or other graphic design software.* Skills at the proficiency level of web design and maintenance.* Knowledge of digital photography concepts, equipment, software and use.* Knowledge of bulk mailing strategies and electronic mail design elements.* Ability to manage high volume of work with accuracy and tight deadlines.* Ability to work independently with brief instruction.* Ability to read documents and written instructions.* Ability to work on multiple projects at once.* Ability to effectively work and interact with various cultures and ethnicities.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*** Associates degree.
