About the Role
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Silver Swing ABA. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, supporting their progress and success.
Base Pay Range Pay range: $25-30/hour. Pay is based on skills and experience. Part‑time: 15-25 hours/week. Flexible, based on availability.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect and document data on client progress.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay range: $25-30/hour
Part-time: 15-25 hours/week
Flexible shifts based on availability
Location: Screven, GA
Skills & Qualifications
Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
Ability to pass background check.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
