We provide services from 8:00am-8:00pm with prime-time hours Monday through Friday in the late afternoons/evenings. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS! Job Description: Create a fun, motivating experience to generate a positive learning environment for every individual Implement individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming under the direction of a BCBA/supervisor Use basic principles of ABA such as: reinforcement, prompting, fading, and shaping procedures Implement strategies to encourage socialization and daily living skills Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors by following the behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA/supervisor Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system (Central Reach) to enter, track, and view progress Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required
