About this Role The Real Estate Research & Sustainability Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting CenterSquare’s investment strategy and sustainability initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Investment Strategist and Global Head of Sustainability, the analyst will assist in integrating ESG factors across the firm’s public and private real estate investment platforms. A focus on maintaining and developing research databases will enable effective modeling and forecasting. The position, based at the company’s Conshohocken, PA headquarters, involves a collaborative approach to enhancing the firm’s thought leadership in the industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in real estate research to enhance the firm’s thought leadership across real estate platforms.

Develop and maintain databases for research and sustainability to support the investment strategy.

Aid in the integration of ESG criteria in investment processes, including due diligence and asset management.

Support reporting for ESG strategies across various platforms, including UN PRI and GRESB.

Assist in creating sustainability reports and responding to client requests related to investment strategies.

Requirements

Strong academic background with a degree in finance, economics, or real estate.

2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail with a process-oriented approach.

Strong data management skills.

Project management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize and execute effectively.

Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit – proactive and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
