As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, creating an enjoyable guest experience. Key duties include:

Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and staff, including conducting management orientation.

Ensuring service standards are met by directing and assigning employees.

Overseeing employees performing various station duties during shifts, depending on store volume, to meet operational standards for food quality and service.

Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices.

Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to supervisors.

Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service.

Monitoring and controlling costs related to food, labor, and inventory, and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Auditing employment and payroll records.

Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints respectfully.

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.

Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.

Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial and sales improvements.

Implementing regional marketing plans.

Additional requirements include:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.

Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.

Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.

Availability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations.

Leadership, communication, basic accounting, and computer skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively.

Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
