BCaba Role With Nonprofit Partner

Are you a BCaBA with expertise in ABA? Our nonprofit partner has job vacancies with children aged 0-18. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a meaningful impact. You must be willing to work/relocate to Colorado Springs. Responsibilities For Bcaba Role

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. - Supervise and train registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in executing BIPs. - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services for children. - Gather and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed. - Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy. Qualifications For Bcaba Position

- Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field. - Board certification as a behavior analyst or currently enrolled in BCABA or BCBA courses. - 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Benefits For Bcaba Role
