What Youll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plan-of-care strategies
• Deliver hands-on nursing care focused on pain management, symptom control, and patient comfort
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and CNAs to ensure seamless, holistic care
• Educate patients and families on the hospice philosophy, medications, and disease progression
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation of visits, interventions, and communication
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and compassion in every interaction
• Provide emotional support to families during times of transition and grief

What Were Looking For

• Current RN license in the State of Texas (required)
• 1+ year of hospice, palliative care, or home health experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional clinical judgment, organization, and time management
• Genuine empathy, professionalism, and communication skills
• Valid Texas drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits
• A dependable, self-motivated nurse who thrives in an independent yet team-driven role

Location: Dallas, TX

Position: Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) includes 1 weekday requirement of on-call

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
